This page presents statistical overviews of distinct groupings of morphs collected in the database, in the form of a histogram. Bars are colored red or green for values below and above the median respectively.
Many of the statistics collected by the Morph Server are scale-independent, but some depend on the number of residues or other values. Combinations of two values may be obtained by using the second menu and the operator field, e.g. to plot a histogram for "maximum C-alpha displacement" / "number of residues". Not all combinations work at this time.
Currently, the most statistically meaningful set is the non-redundant automatic set, which is culled from the PDB and reduced to less than 95% sequence identity between any pair of morphs.
